What You Think Impacts Your Success
Positive healthy thinking is a significant contributor to success because our choices and our actions begin as thoughts. A positive attitude not only
impacts you personally
- how you feel, increased productivity, reduced stress and improved health
- it also influences those you interact with, improving coworker relationships and customer loyalty. Conversely, negativity works its way outward, adversely affecting conduct and conversation.
We have the capability to control our behavior - that is our skills and attitude. So being positive is a constant choice. Make a decision to keep your language and thoughts positive. Your brain registers what you think and say
- and your body responds accordingly to the positive emotions.
If you need to make a change, it’s never too late.
All it takes is one small step. And then another. And another. You have the power to make it happen. Start by acting on the answers to these questions.
-
What can I do to promote positive thoughts? How can I nourish them?
-
What can I do (or avoid) to make a positive impact?
-
How can I focus on opportunities and build a brighter future?
-
Showing appreciation to others creates positive energy…so, what can I do to encourage others? How can I show others that I appreciate them?
-
What can I do - right now - to get started?
