Dynamic Interpersonal Relationships

A half-day interactive workshop on effective communication and relationships using the DiSC® Personality Profile. Can be tailored for sales, Dynamic Interpersonal Relationships Workshop - A&B Leadership Group service, managers and/or teams.

Success in every endeavor requires strong relationships that lead to results, but we often don’t get them if we are turned off (or misunderstand) by the way others think, act and process information because we instinctively assume everyone approaches the job in the same way we do. Miscommunication occurs when this is not the case - because how you say something impacts what you say. For most people, the result is a gap between their intentions and the perceptions of others.

For instance, extroverted-persuasive personalities fail to relate to those who need structure and facts, or assurance and stability, or concrete results. And vice versa. Inability to relate is more than a lack of chemistry. It can lead to poor relationships, frustration, complaints, conflict, wasted time, and failure to reach company goals.

This workshop closes the gap by reducing the likelihood of miscommunication. Participants will learn about themselves, why they are different, why others don't see, react and process interactions and information the same way, preferred work environments—and how to communicate more effectively so that everyone is on the same page.
